KUWAIT: The Civil Service Commission (CSC) has announced that it now invites applications for employment from citizens at public directorates. It will be held over a period of four sessions, starting from March 5, 2010 until December 10, 2010. The Head of the Manpower Registration Department of the CSC, Abdul-Aziz Al-Bassam, said that several aspects were taken into consideration while allotting a time frame, including students’ graduation dates at the Kuwait University and the Public Authority of Applie
d Education and Training (PAAET). He also clarified that the application period has been divided into four separate phases so that qualified candidates can apply, reported Al-Rai. Meanwhile, Al-Bassam indicated that at least 1,712 citizens have applied through an electronic system. – Kuna
