Alshaya said in a statement the first P.F. Chang’s China Bistro will open in Kuwait by the end of 2009, with a second planned for Dubai in the first quarter of 2010.

It said restaurants are also planned for Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Qatar, Lebanon, Jordan and Oman.

P.F. Chang’s China Bistro offers American Chinese cuisine. The decor commonly includes displaying life-size replicas of the famous Xi’an terracotta soldiers.
